About: Musgrove Park Hospital

Had an appointment to see consultant in Dec 2014 and was refered for Mri scan.No appt came through until I chased and had scan in March 2015.Got letter from consultant saying I needed another Mri scan as not correct parts were scanned.Eventually got another appointment for scan in May 2015 but had to travel to Weston as Taunton too busy.Have had no contact since.I phoned last week(July 2015) and was told results letter was waiting to be typed and would be sent 1st class that day.Guess what...no letter has arrived.Chased again after another week and told they would get consultant to look at my results but they had been busy.I dont know how long these things usually take but I know of other people who have had scans since mine and have had their results and consultations already.I have had no diagnsis and therefore no treatments since my intitial consultation nearly 7 months ago.when you phone you just get fobbed off.Is this nornal service or am I just unlucky
