"Shoulder Consultation"

About: Royal United Hospital

Following an MRI scan for my left shoulder - where the technician and nurse were both very polite and considerate - I had a follow up consultation at the RUH. The consultant appeared rushed and unattentive and sped through my diagnosis. Furthermore, I was only offered possible treatment for one ailment and this wasnt explained in any great detail. As a result I felt uncomfortable and didnt want to pursue treatment that day in case it seemed an inconvenience. I continue to suffer with the same symptoms and need to return to hospital to begin the process again as I have moved to a new area.
