"rude staff"

my mum has been ill for a few years she recently had cancer for the 4th time and had her breast taken off she then relapsed and ended up in lambeth bridge ward they discharged her saying she didnt need anymore help. she was back a week later. everytime i call most of the staff are very rude and make you feel like you dont want to call every day because u annoy them. theres never a update on whats happening. the staff had said to me she keeps throwing underwear away but asked me why. they should be investergatung. one staff nerse put the phone down on me. disgustingly rude worse one my mother has been too.
