"no follow up care....."

Just called pilgrim hospital to check follow up appointment for my husband who had triple heart bypass surgery 6 months ago so need to see the cardiologist but as his first appointment was cancelled.... They tell me this morning he has got lost in the system so they will need a manger to look into it before he can have an appointment allocated! As if this was not bad enough? So then I called for me... I've been seeing the ent dept I'm waiting for an appointment for MIR results ... The dept tells has lost me in the system so they will be in touch with the next available appointment! It just not good enough
