i recently had to go with a family member who was very ill left for 2 hours in car park then in hallway where smokers where smoking and shouldnt be also the staff did not listen or keep us informed very rude and ignorant towards us yet again 3rd time admitted left with out diagnoses seems to be a quick fix and get rid of people people smoking e cigs on the acute ward nurses to busy at the reception again altough there was one or 2 nurces runing around doing it all id be ashamed to be working there with people like that now my partner will not go there again even though has a serieuse illness ! and pain
