At the age of 63 ,admittance to Heart and Lung Centre on Thursday 2nd to have lung biopsy surgery on Friday 3rd was the first time ever that I had to go into Hospital as a patient rather than a visitor. As a experience cannot praise high enough the excellence and confidence of the staff who work there ,from the nurses on the ward , the medical team which carried out my surgery and the auxiliary staff , which was extremely reassuring. In a time when the NHS is sometimes criticised when judged on the worst events which happen, I hope leaving this review will assure anybody who needs their expertise , that the Heart and Lung Centre is run professionally and worthy of being rated five star.
"first time ever"
