"Terrible service"

About: Moorfields Eye Hospital (City Road)

Visited for my girlfriend's eye emergency. Not only did we have to wait for much longer than the supposed 'maximum waiting time', the service was atrocious and the staff largely ignored the patients. this is the first ever review I have written on any hospital - I felt offended that my taxes are spent in this manner and I felt obligated to share my experience.

I am sorry to hear you had such a long wait when visiting our Accident and Emergency department. We are working to improve the delays that can occasionally occur, but we still have some way to go. I have forwarded your comments to the A&E team and obviously we would like to address your concerns in more detail.
