"useless beyond belief"

Son went in with a damaged knee , can't walk and in constant pain , came away with 2 painkillers and told to come back in a week , he still can't walk , sleep and is in constant pain ...useless care , useless consultant ...usual service from this hopeless mismanaged penny pinching hospital
