What I liked

I was looked after very well. The nursing staff were always professional with me and treated me with utmost courtesy at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and many of my needs were antisipated well in advance or me requiring help.My recovery time was quick and this was due entirely to the nursing staff hard work.Everyone on my ward (ward 10) worked like a well oiled machine and they all knew their respective duties and because of this everything worked quickly and efficiently.

What could be improved

Maybe proper cups instead of paper ones

Anything else?

I always think you should treat people the way you yourself would wish to be treated and maybe those patients who have done nothing but complain should ask themselves about their behavior in this ward.
