"Brilliant Care"

From the time I visited the Breast Unit for a repeat mammogram, which led to an ultrasound and then a biopsy, I was treated with kindness, understanding and respect by all the staff involved with that unit. I would like at this point to give a special mention to member of staff, who broke the news of my cancer without beating around the bush, but in such a manner that I had complete confidence in them and their team. I was astounded to be offered surgery exactly a week later, which was carried out extremely efficiently. I was given lots of information to take home and digest throughout the process, and had multiple opportunities to ask questions. I cannot recommend this unit highly enough.
