I have worked as a nurse in the NHS for thirty years and last week had my gallbladder removed at the Nottingham Treatment Centre. Every aspect of my care completely exceeded my expectations. The staff and care are fantastic and everything is done to provide exceptional standards of care and a highly positive patient experience. You are informed at each stage of your care process and I was treated with such kindness and respect by everyone. The staff are competent and the systems and processes in place ensure a high level of patient confidence. The clinical environment is modern and very clean. Surgery can be a daunting experience especially for a healthcare professional and I can not rate my treatment highly enough. Many thanks and appreciation to the Treatment Centre Team - you are doing an outstanding job.
