"Worst emergency service- hillingdon hospital"

About: Hillingdon Hospital

Totally dissatisfied with the service It makes no difference for them how badly injured/ suffered patient is. My wife is in deep pain with burnt legs. Waiting for last an hour to be attended. Condition getting worst. Still waiting... Worst worst worst service

I am extremely sorry that your wife had such a poor experience. From your post it is not clear which service you are referring to and we would therefore welcome an opportunity to speak with you in order to understand where to target the required improvement. Urgent care at Hillingdon Hospital is provided by two different organisations. The Urgent Care Centre (delivered by Greenbrook healthcare) sees the majority of ‘walk in‘ patients who present with either minor illness or minor injury. All ‘walk in’ patients are first seen by UCC staff. Patients who are less well and need specialist emergency care are seen and treated by Hillingdon Hospital accident and emergency staff. I would be grateful if you would take the time to call the hospital switchboard on 01895238282 and ask to speak to Noreen Rice, Emergency Care Service Manager
