"Dedication and professionalism at A + E"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My elderly father 90 years old was treated at A+E Wishaw General Hospital on Thursday Morning.

My mother accompanied him and was extremely grateful for the kindness care and compassion shown by the clinical team towards them both, the treatment and investigations he received were excellent.

I don't normally comment on things of this nature publicly but feel the staff deserve to be recognised for their dedication, hard work and professionalism.

I am sorry to hear that your father had taken unwell and had to have hospital treatment.

I am delighted to hear that your experience was a positive one. The staff will be as equally pleased to hear that not only was your father but mother was treated with care, compassion and that you found his clinical treatment " excellent".

I am glad that you could find the time to post your experience at what was a worrying time and very stressful for you.
