went to reception desk as per appointment and was completely ignored by 4 members of staff for 5 minutes before being told to go to another area. Went through to the other area and was again ignored by another staff member. By chance I noticed a small sign saying I should check in on the touch screen machine. The nurse who took me to have blood pressure taken couldn't find the blood pressure machine. Another staff member got my name wrong. The doctor I was seen by had no communication skills at all and merely went through the motions. Thank goodness for the nurse who was present with me in the consulting room, they were excellent and talked us through what would happen next. The whole experience in Arrow Park was deplorable. I was made to feel like an inconvenience and have never experienced such bad treatment as I did here on the 3rd July 2015 Lee young
