Just wanted to let some one know about the fantastic service we received at a and e tonight, Friday 3rd July 2015. We arrived at 7.40pm with my elderly grandmother who was in pain. After booking in at reception we waited less than 5 minutes for triage. The nurse was lovely and though and whilst we were in triage the doctor came through to see us. We left the hospital with medication and advice. From booking in to leaving wad 20 minutes. Well done everyone. I know it's not always the case as it depends on the time and how busy the departments get but this time it was brilliant.  I am so proud of the fantastic NHS we have
