"Excellence of staff"

My grandson recently attended an appointment as a day case in ward 30 in the children's dept of the hospital. From the very start every member of staff, whatever their position, were extremely friendly, caring and helpful throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and they took the time to listen and help allay the worry of the parents. The staff were conscientious and it was evident they all enjoyed their job. I would like to say a huge thank you to them all, they should be proud of themselves and deserve the recognition.
