"Well done ENT Outpatient Clinic"

I attended a further appointment yesterday at the ENT clinic at Worthing Hospital following a CT Scan and after an initial consultation in March. The staff were charming and explained openly with an appropriate apology that the clinic was running 30 minutes behind schedule. I saw the Consultant who was absolutely charming and explained everything extremely clearly. An excellent service - thank you
