Came into RBH with a heart attack and the treatment I received was outstanding. From the paramedics in the ambulance to the team in the Critical Care Unit to the staff on the ward and everybody else who helped me , please accept my grateful thanks - you are all amazing.

Dear Mr Rice I am sorry to hear you had a heart attack; it must have been a very worrying time for you and your family. I am pleased to hear that the paramedic crew were able to get to you in good time to start treatment and that the staff on the Critical Care Unit and ward who attended you were able to continue the excellent care. I will pass on your comments to the teams at the hospital as I know they always welcome feedback from the patients they care for Regards Sue Mellor Head of Patient Engagement
