"Awful in patient and non existent complaint..."

About: London Independent Hospital

I had a knee operation December 2014 and stayed over night the staff on my ward were fighting and could not be bothered to make me a cup of tea or order my breakfast. They were Heath care assistants not nurses. When I complained it took two months to apologise and I was not even offered any reduction in the fees. The post op care was a disgrace I was made to feel I was a nuance. I felt very vulnerable and this was bad.

I am very sorry to read your feedback and have forwarded your comments to the executive director of the hospital so she can investigate further.
