"care at home for my mother"

(as a carer),

Carers call in to help give my mother a shower. The care and attention, staff attitudes, timekeeping and information for clients is good.

What could be improved is phone calls if staff are delayed signficantly.

Thank you for sharing your experience of Elite Care with the wider community. If you have been following recent postings you will see a familiar pattern of good experiences with the support staff which is then at times let down by the level of communication from the office based staff.

This is not a problem that I am shying away from and fully accept that it exists and with the managers I am working hard to make the necessary improvements.
