Thank you for your comments posted on both the NHS Choices and Patient Opinion websites regarding your son’s care at the Children’s Research Centre of the Trafford General Hospital. It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects their hard work and dedication. It was reassuring to hear that you thought the staff in the centre were very helpful and answered all the questions you asked. It was also heartening to note that they kept your son entertained while he waited for his procedure.
