I just wanted to post about how lovely all of the staff are at wansbeck hospital. I recently stayed in ward 4 - a mix of surgical and gynae patients. I was treated for a missed miscarriage and stayed for a day and a half. Every single member of staff from those who served the tea and food, cleaners, nurses, sisters all made me feel comfortable and well looked after and they were all so kind which is what you need when you feel sad and vulnerable. I just wanted to say thank you x

Hi I am so sorry for your loss - such a sad experience to go through. My heart goes out to you. Given all that you are feeling it is really kind of you to find the time to give us this feedback. I am really pleased that the warmth and compassion of our staff gave you the support you needed at this very painful time. Kindness is a very powerful thing I believe - I'm delighted that you experienced lots of it from the team on ward 4. Its the very least we could offer you.
