What I liked

My care right from the initial appointment to the day of the operation was first class. The clinic staff, the doctor and the staff on the Oulton Unit were very friendly and efficient and made the journey very smooth.

What could be improved

The only part of my treatment I was disappointed with was post operation. I came back to the daycase ward and had my blood pressure etc checks done, earlier I had been told I would probably go home at lunctime. I was then left in bed for 5 hours without seeing anyone or knowing how long I was staying for. If I had been told that the discharges were done at three in the afternoon I would have come more prepared and felt less agitated.

Anything else?

The doctor is a very kind, caring gifted surgeon/doctor and I would recommend them to anyone who is nervous
