"Bad service"

I went to minor injuries this morning after falling off my horse, I had hit my head, very painful chest pains and unable to move my arm. I had meetings to be at for half 1 which I told them about. I checked in at half 10. They said i would be seen within an hour, I was sat there for three hours and had to leave to get to meetings, no one was on reception for the last hour. Very disappointed in the service provided and still unfortunately in unexplained pain.
