"Agony to ecstasy"

Fell 3 metres from a garden ladder this morning and badly dislocated my shoulder. Was in total agony by the time I limped into A&E. From reception, through triage, x-Ray and treatment your staff were superb. They were sympathetic to the amout of pain I was in and very quickly processed me through to the treatment stage. I was dreading the reallgnment but the nurse practitioners performed the procedure painlessly. I was gobsmacked and massively impressed I almost kissed them both! I fell at 11:20 and arrived back home at 15:20. Now that's impressive. Many thanks Derwent Valley. Best regards, Shaun
