"Waiting time far too long"

I recently took a neighbour to an appointment. i waited two hours in the waiting room - I had been told the consultation would take about an hour. Having driven for 40 minutes in a blizzard like conditions, this did not sit well with me. Apparently my passenger went with a nurse and was promptly conducted to another waiting room where she waited for the consultant for some time before the treatment began. Having regard to the fact that this treatment is costing thousands of pounds, may I suggest your staff show more consideration to their patients - and the unfortunate people who give up their time to drive them to Histon, which is off the beaten track. Advice: go to Addenbrookes. Better treatment on the NHS.
