"Visit to eye clinic"

I had an appointment at the Eye Clinic this morning but had to wait for 1 hr 40 mins before I was seen. This is by no means the first time this has happened and it is so frustrating. The staff themselves are very helpful and friendly but the appointment system is just not working. It is so frustrating and actually, for the elderly, quite stressful. A very different story from the Urology Department which works so very smoothly, with no holdups whatsoever.
