"Thank you so much"

I was taken ill with severe chest pains last Monday and was taken to Watford General by ambulance. The paramedics arrived within minutes of us calling the NHS helpline and I was in A&E in less than an hour from waking up in pain. Everyone who was involved in my care - ambulance crew, reception staff, doctors and nurses in A&E, and in ACU - looked after me so well, did all the necessary tests keeping me informed throughout, and finally ensured I was OK to be discharged before I was discharged late afternoon.
