Still in here now and understand that working while extensive building work is going on can be difficult and test anyone's patience, but I can believe howl bad my experience has been to date. It doesn't take much to smile if you are greeted with on does it? Breakfast slammed down in front of me just now. Nothing works in the rooms; had to be moved at 3am last night finally as the lights were going on and couldn't be switched off. Called in at the wrong time yesterday, waited for 3 hours with no explanation, no air con, TV remote not working, and no one seems at all bothered in the experience of the patient. Pretty shocking really. I could go on and on....if I ever have to come back to hospital it def won the here! One saving grace, the night staff were very attentive, sensitive and kind - all pretty standard skills for nursing I believe?
