From the beginning of pre-op consultancy to post-op monitoring and care I cannot praise all the departments and staff in the Renal Centre enough. Compassionate, caring and excellent with open communication and explanations when asked. To benefit from the surgeons' warm, yet focused, consultations seemed to embed a culture of full engagement at all levels of care and staffing throughout my inpatient stay. This warm approach is a huge boost to confidence levels for patients at a very anxious time.
