"Dirty miserable staff"

About: New Cross Hospital

Was made to walk in there with a badly cut foot, the staff even watched me struggle walking in; gave a wheelchair to a drunk man but not me, we're very miserable, asked to go to the toilet was urine soaked all over the floor and feacaes over the toilet so was directed to another toilet which was more walking which I was not capable to do, couldn't understand what the doctor was on about although they did the job on the plus side the nurses were great and pleasant shame about the receptionist, also there was a alcoholic who kept coming in and disturbing everyone best part about it police were in the building and nor staff or police removed her from building, and lastly was forced to wait for 4 hours blood dripping on the floor without treatment. Overall disgusting hospital.
