I asked for a copy of my medical records. I was informed I could have a copy of them but there is a charge for this. Err NHS hospital charging me for a copy of my medical records. Anything up to £50 depending on where the records are. So not only do I pay my tax and national insurance towards this service I also have to pay for copy notes on my medical records. Not correct in my mind
