What I liked

I went to have a blood test @Addenbrooke's Hosp.09-07-09, I have never had a blood test that was as pain free and damage to me free as this. The use of 'Butterflies' was amazing. Their use means less damage to the skin and other organs and a much happier experience by the patient. .

I suggest that they should be used universally though out the NHS. The phlebotomist was very skilled as well. Truly an amazing experience.

What could be improved
