I have just had cause to visit A&E. It was a hot day and inevitably everyone thinks they should be seen first. The staff were extremely friendly and polite.The assessment nurses were very efficient . It is, I'm sure a very difficult job and I'm sure ,on occasions, they are not treated with the respect they deserve, but I have nothing but praise and thanks for those I encountered on Monday.
