"Parking fine!"

Attended a physiol appointment on 9th June, input car reg as on previous occasions. Totally shocked to receive parking charge notice. Reading these reviews seems I am not the only one. Tried calling the phone number on the notice by reception. 01225 701013, nobody answers! I have been in twice now to give my details,and the PCN number over the last two weeks, still not deteleted! Today I have called the PALS office, first time I have had a decent response, was called back within 5 mins and asked for the PCN number and they would arrange for it to be deleted, have requested an email confirmation. Watch this space to see if it worked! BTW Reception admitted they had an ongoing problem and were waiting for someone to come an fix it!
