"Fantastic facility"

I have had reason to be attending Southmead many times over the last 7 months, firstly visiting my brother who had fantastic treatment for brain tumors, unfortunately ultimately unsuccessful and recently my 90 year old father who was admitted with life threatening sepsis. They were both treated with urgency,professionalism, dignity and the utmost care. This is a fantastic hospital and the staff are generally caring and committed. We should be grateful for such a modern facility and stop complaining, Try Gloucester or Cheltenham hospitals and see what they think!
