"Rotherham District - Poor communication"

The quickness in dealing with my sons infected right hand was very efficient and I would like to thank the Ancillary staff on both wards, B3 and B5, the staff in the CT Room and Dr L.

My son could have been treated better and spoke to as a young person, a 21 year old, not treated like an elderly patient. He should have been given more details about his injury and treatment. Knowing the bad experience my son had in hospital where his sister past away they could have been a little more understanding.

My son was annoyed that he was told several times he was going home, on different days and by different people. The doctor prescribed sleeping pills but did not give them to my son.
