"left on cold hard chair in a&e for hours in great..."

About: Princess Alexandra Hospital (Harlow)

Was sent to A &E by a doctor, who referred me to surgical team. Told them I did not think I could handle sitting in casualty for hours, the doctor assured me that I would not have to do that as they are expecting me. Sat in waiting room hour and half someone took my blood and I was triaged. The doc I see asked me a load of questions I could not understand them very well, they then took me to a room with a bed with no sheet or covering was unable to put the rails down. I had to do it for them there was no break on!! And gave me a very spiteful tummy examination they did not wash their hands before or after the examinationshe then disappeared and did not return after 2 hours I spoke to somebody at the desk telling them I was in severe pain and that I needed some pain relief. They just told me that I was not there patient and to go back to my cubical I explained I could not take the pain anymore and I had to go home to lay down and take some painkillers I told them I was leaving. A nurse rushed up to me as I was leaving to ask my name so they could take me off the list.. I was crying in pain I left in a cab. I am still in pain my doctors asked me to return to a & e I can't I feel like I will have a breakdown if I have to sit and be ignored in pain again.
