"Long waiting for the urgent operation"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

I am so disappointed ! My husband had an accident on both arms on Saturday and need immediate operation, we were told he will have the operation as soon as possible, we have waiting for 3 days! Everyday we were told to prepare, no food no water waiting from morning till night, today it's the 4th day! He had temperature high blood pressure all the time. Do we have to wait until his arms go worse and worse ?!
