What I liked

Everything was clean, and the staff were very kind and friendly. The radiology department was well-maintained and had a pleasant interior.

What could be improved

Nothing. I stated that I was not 'involved' in my care (see above), but I do not understand the point of the question. I'm not an expert in medical care, so I leave it to those who are.

Anything else?

Car parking is really easy, and the hospital is simple to find.

Many thanks for letting us know about your experience of Cromer Hospital. We'll pass this on to Matron at Cromer to share with staff. PS Some patients do want to be involved, others don't, each to their own we say.
