We ve just returned from A and E. It was busy but we were greeted by a receptionist. They were so nice, kind and caring. We also saw a very competent doctor who dealt with us quickly, kindly and with genuine concern. When the NHS is under such great strain it's heartening to be seen by professionals who really care. Thank you very much
