"Everyone I met made a difference"

Some feedback on my personal experience.

Required a visit to A and E in May due to a broken humerus.

The ambulance crew were Keith and Anna (from Cromer), both amazing people who were totally brilliant with the care they provided and could not have asked for two better people to whisk me to A and E.

A and E albeit busy was quick to see me, x-ray me and start looking after me and making me comfortable. Everyone in A and E that night was really polite, pleasant and helpful especially Rose who was amazing during the time I was there and made sure I was looked after and that I knew what was going on at all times.

The doctors, nurse and everyone on the ward the next day were brilliant and the ward was a nice place to be. Even the lovely lady who kept cleaning always made sure she had a little chat and asked how I was doing etc.

Finally a massive thank you to the team of surgeons and especially Miss Edwards who under took my surgery. Still reasonably early in the recovery but to date they have done an amazing job and healing is going well because of them. Ultimately what they do is a job, it pays the bills, but I can honestly say that everyone I met makes a difference, they certainly have to me and I thank them massively for everything.
