"My father's wait for injection"

About: Royal Gwent Hospital Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr

(as a relative),

My father requested a cortisone injection to alleviate back pain.

He had spinal cancer necessitating a titanium rod to be inserted in his spine, he is now in great pain.

He has had these injections previously in 2008 and 2011 and has been trying to receive another injection since March 2014 when his GP first wrote to the Royal Gwent.

He is being treated and since mid June has left 3 messages on his doctor's secretary's answer phone. The recorded message says to leave your name, dob and telephone number and he still has received no phone call back for an appointment.
