Excision lesion of skin nec. I was nervous before the procedure, but the theatre staff were very professional and helped put me at ease. The nurses attitude was good, but the paperwork was not helpful. I understand the early paperwork to ensure no mistakes but after surgery the discharge paperwork and delay seems excessive when you just want to get home.
