I went in to Highgste Hodpital at the beginning of May to have a laparoscopy and a rectocele and cystocele repair. The staff were attentive, caring and professional from the point of arrival to being discharged, and were reassuringly available on the phone once I'd left the hospital. Everything was done with courtesy and I truly felt as though I was a priority rather than an inconvenience . I very much appreciate that this all combined to make what might have been a traumatic experience, into a straightforward, reassuring procedure. All in all I am hugely impressed.
