"a and e dept., great satisfaction on"

on Friday the26th June I had to visit the emergency dept., with a suspected clot in my left leg. I am from Cwmbran in South Wales and was visiting with my son in baldock. I would like to state that the treatment , courtesy and the general experience was superb, a very positive one and not a bit like the negative ones that we hear about from the media, I wish a very big thank you to all the staff who dealt with me that day.
