"Do not ever try to ring the hospital outpatients..."

The hospital standards are high and I am satisfied with the treatment though totally dissatisfied with being able to contact the outpatients department. This morning I have tried six times and six times I have gone through many options though none of these actually give the choice of talking tot he outpatients department. Please change this and ideally just answering the phones would be a big benefit to patients.
