I hobbled into A&E on Sunday evening at 7.15. Within 10 minutes a wonderful doctor had introduced themselves, and examined what they considered to be either a fractured or ligament damaged ankle. The doctor possessed a wonderful ability to ease my obvious anxiety and explain the X-ray process. Once in X-ray,the procedure was efficient and friendly and I was soon having the relevant treatment. I am writing this review because from entry to exit I was treated with a kindness and professionalism from every member of staff I came into contact with. Truly impressive!
