I haven't even entered the hospital yet but I already predicting its terrible quality and service due to the lack of organization and confidence in the system. Two times my operation, to remove a tumour from knee which is causing increasingly more amounts of pain, has been delayed until the point it has been delayed by almost a month. I don't know if your petty excuse of "broken instruments required for operation" after we called to change the operation from a biopsy to removing because that's was why I was meant to go there, is the "actual reason" or you look at my name which is quite clearly not English and then you brush me off like most others in my entire life. Do you know what I'm the 14 year old child who is waiting for the operation, because without this tumour removed I am having the worst time of my life with pain in my knee spreading to my ankle and throughout my left leg, muscle wasting on my left leg as well but you know what makes it worst I can't be a regular teen/kid going out with my friends have a kick about or even play sport in school and now you have delayed my operation again I won't even get to say goodbye to them at the end of the year.
