"Unscheduled community chiropody appointment"

The community chiropody service was asked to see a 90 year old lady. Her carer requested a visit at a time when she could be there. The chiropodist turned up without any prior notification. The lady was unprepared for the visit, so treatment was not given. She now has to pay for podiatry treatment.
